You must love to cold call potential clients and be on the phone! This position supports our sales team by obtaining leads and assisting with current Clients. This is a base plus commission position.
InfinityQS is the leading provider of Statistical Process Control (SPC) software and services to manufacturers worldwide. Our solutions automate data collection and analysis during the manufacturing process, so clients can make real-time process improvement decisions and prevent defects before they occur.

> Provides critical business development support to the Global Account Executives (GAE) and Account Managers (AM), related to the expansion and acceleration of solution delivery required to exceed strategic targets and revenue goals.
> Builds comprehensive Sales Qualified Opportunities into the GAE/AM pipelines and provides all the necessary information and insight to enable a successful close.
> Coordinates with the GAE/AM to target potential individuals, regions, and divisions.
> Executes outbound lead (opportunity) generation activities within targeted accounts and their subsidiaries and/or supply-chain network worldwide. This will generate “buy signals” that reinforce the “Enterprise-wide” solution messaging being promoted to the executive level.
> Sets up introductory appointments (call, on-site visits, WebEx) with key client contacts for opportunities, as applicable.
> Assists InfinityQS in getting closer to the existing user base through regular, value-added communications.
> Identifies and closes up-selling and cross selling opportunities.
> Raises awareness/profile through calling or e-mailing initiatives.
> Calls into targeted accounts on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction of our solution
> Provides oversight of the client’s use of technical services to assess patterns,
improvement opportunities and a coordinated response with the client’s team.
> Acts as primary customer interface for all lower level or repeat inquiries requiring a standard response.
> Provides complimentary Salesforce/Pipeline administration opportunity tracking and task assignment increasing transparency of account potential.
> Manages training requests and drives 100% consumption of free Corporate License Agreement (CLA) training.
> Provides status reports to the executive team on activity success/failures.
> Supports Client Solution Engineers (CSE) in sales related activities when required.
> Supports GAE/AM in strategic planning, execution and support activities; replaces GAE/AM on occasion of scheduling conflicts.
> Maintains effective working relationships with InfinityQS employees and Clients.
> Represents InfinityQS with a professional and positive demeanor.
> Adheres to company policies and procedures.
> Other duties as assigned.
> H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelors in Business-related subject preferred.
> 1-3 years of high value account sales experience preferred.
> Proven experience with lead generation and/or field sales to execute effective opportunity generation activities required.
> Outstanding research/information gathering skills.
> Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
> Excellent presentation skills.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and basic office equipment.
> Experience with Salesforce.com, SharePoing, Hoover’s, LinkedIn, and WebEx desired.
> Industry experience in manufacturing, particularly in Quality and Manufacturing, desired.
> Highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
> Able to work collaboratively and through others without a direct reporting relationship.
> Able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
