Through 35 call centers across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, the company provides telemarketing and contact center services for clients in the financial services, energy, and pharmaceutical industries as well as not-for-profits and political organizations. The company also offers product fulfillment services, such as credit card transactions, product delivery, and the production and mailing of marketing collateral. Chairman Gary Taylor founded the company in 1982.
In late 2011, InfoCision increased its penetration outside the US market when it opened a new office in Ontario, Canada.
