Through 35 call centers across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, the company provides telemarketing and contact center services for clients in the financial services, energy, and pharmaceutical industries as well as not-for-profits and political organizations. InfoCision offers outbound and – more... inbound call center services (sales and customer care) as well as fund raising and e-commerce support services. The company also offers product fulfillment services, such as credit card transactions, product delivery, and the production and mailing of marketing collateral. Chairman Gary Taylor founded the company in 1982.
In late 2011, InfoCision increased its penetration outside the US market when it opened a new office in Ontario, Canada. Its American offices are located in Akron, Austintown, Boardman, Columbus, Dayton, Gallipolis, Mansfield and Green, Ohio; Clarksburg and Huntington, West Virginia; and New Castle, Pennsylvania. – less
