Great people in different departments
Benefits were good
Promoting from within, chance to grow in the company
Opportunity to be exposed to a lot of different areas, learn new skills
Work life balance was not existent at times
Short staffed for months at a time and under-resourced
Didn't really care if they burned people out
There is the opportunity to be promoted however, you would only get small incremental raises for the new position. Infogix is basically encouraging you to leave (with a challenging software learning curve) because it would take years to match what they offer brand new hires.
Playing games with promotions and delaying new titles for months to avoid paying bonuses
Treating contractors like second class employees
Infogix became more cliquish with more of a gossip culture
Over promising clients and then struggling to adapt software to their environment
Some product teams had a 'circle the wagons' approach and were reluctant to help internally or with clients.
