Job description: Specific positions are for Linux/Android developers and customer-facing Apps engineers to develop and support customers on our embedded solutions.
Linux and/or Android development, kernel and bootloader, especially device drivers
Linux/Android build process and debugging (e.g., GDB/ADB)
Key specific areas of technical competency:
ARM SoC development (especially Qualcomm)
Open Source tools and practices
Configuration/code management - e.g., Git, Clearcase
Specific competency areas (should have one or more):
System test specification/execution/automation
Power/battery management devices and SW
Camera and display interfaces, drivers, and frameworks
Bluetooth and Wifi
USB (esp audio/video class drivers)
Audio devices, drivers, and frameworks
Experience - 8+ years in Linux or Android low-level development, C/C++
