I worked at Infosys for a short period of time but really enjoyed working here. The work environment was very friendly and competitive at the same time where employees were given the freedom to undertake and/or improve upon the research/techniques being used for research. The management was also very cooperative and encourage a good deal of learning – more... and was willing to provide any training or assistance that the staff requested for.

Overall, a very good place to work at and I would rate it really high. – less

Good company to work for, with big focus on performance and training.

It was a good place to work and infrastructure was really great. Although I did not get to work on technologies I specialized in, I was exposed to new frameworks and server environments. It was good working in Infosys as it happened to be my first platform for a professional career.

My work life at Infosys has been a great experience. I have been able to learn about latest advancements in the field of computer software and worked on challenging projects which has been breakthrough in my career.

It is a great place to work, ethics and work life balance are given a lot of importance to.

Management is poor. High focus on values but they do not exist in practical working life. Middle management is evil. Co-workers are generally great but lots of office politics does take place.

Excellent training facilities which will prepare the future software engineers and managers. Well established system with strict work culture and ethics.

It is a good place to work if you are looking for a long term. The values are great and the infrastructure is remarkable!
