Pros: job security

Senior Consultant SAP-FICO (Current Employee), Fort Worth, Texas – April 20, 2013
Pros: good company to work for
Cons: compensation is less
Good Company to work for but compensation is less. Company is recognized for the culture and values it has built over the years and the kind of job security it provides even in adverse market conditions. Management is very responsive and ensures a proper work life balance is maintained for employees.
