Good Workplace - projects are self managed
Content Architect (Former Employee) –  Rockville, MDNovember 22, 2017
Great company to work with. Employees are asked to manage their own internal projects, in this way they are like individual contractors. Someone who is self directed can thrive there.
Pros
Good benefits
Cons
internal structure requires you to manage you own projects

Nice Startup organization
Technology Analyst (Current Employee) –  Los Angeles, CANovember 21, 2017
This is a good organization to start your career and if suitable you can stay with this for a long time. Depending on your location, you will have around 5 to 8 hours of work on a daily basis at offshore.

Nice working environment.
Test Analyst (Current Employee) –  Weehawken, NJNovember 19, 2017
Infosys is good place to work provided you get a good account and project to work with. Salary hikes are low as per the market standard. Overall you can balance your professional and personal life while working with Infosys.

Functional Analyst (Current Employee) –  Long Beach, CANovember 18, 2017
Infosys is a competitive company and hence there is no lack of projects. They have a wide variety of clients . Only disadvantage is that internal unit transfer is a little difficult.

Good for survival. No growth
Technology Analyst (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXNovember 17, 2017
Infosys hardly gives chance to grow. Due to poor management and poor org growth, the employee growth is also very bad.

Infy provides job security. Decent pay which helps for living.

Manger's are time sheet hawks, and constantly looking to get you in trouble. They will dig and dig till they can punish you. Drama filled office, and requests to managers fall on deaf ears.
Pros
Work from home days

Service company
Project Manager / Business Consultant (Current Employee) –  Redmond, WANovember 5, 2017
If you have a Service mind set (as compared to a Product mind set), willing to work at different projects (as compared to becoming an expert on a particular domain/technology), love to work with a broad team (teams at various locations), do not mind working with different clients, then Infosys is a good place to work in.

You should also not expect stock options and frequent salary increases. Benefit options are comparable.
