A typical day at work starts from 9 PM to 7.00 PM.Pick and Drop facilities are provided by Company.There is food court which serves all types of cuisines.
There is no heirarchy in the company.Management takes proper care of the employees concerns.

Infosys is the second largest IT company in India with more than 100,000 employees. I thoroughly enjoyed training program at Infosys, Mysore India. I learned a lot during those 6 months. After training I was posted to Pune, India where I was contracted to Pfizer Inc and worked as Technical support Engineer for TeamConnect, a JAVA based web application.

The team is excellent, the vibe in the project was great, the management open and clear, the co-workers perfects always trying to help, everyday was perfect

Hard work is needed. I learned lot during my training period of time.

It is a 100,000+ employee company. Well structured. Very process oriented. Takes good care of its employees.

The company has done great in the past but needs to learn from the mistakes and ensure that the challenges of growth are taken in stride. The company is still great for all the roles but there is no delivery role after Project manager at onsite. The PM and above are being exploited and is not a good place at onsite. Its great venue if you are at offshore.

Great and best place to work in Infosys, atlast salary matters anywhere. I love my job alwys.
