I learned a lot from different technologies such as JQuery, Struts 2, Web Services, Test Driven Development techniques, etc. My co-workers were very fun and enjoyable to work with, they are very helpful and can give advice and support whenever needed. The hardest part is to keep up to speed with everyday-changing technologies, because mostly there is little documentation for such early developments and you should be able to gain experience and knowledge within short periods of time.
