Part-time employment on a 1099.
Applicant must be available to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. and sometimes you will be required to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from
10:30 am - 10:00 pm.
Applicant must be punctual
Applicant dress code for this position is business casual.
Applicant must have good customer skills.
Applicant will interact with the client in a professional manner.
Applicant must have a dependable transportation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day to day helpdesk support to Infotech clients and Infotech
Contact IT sales vendor to get a price quote for a client
Create and maintain network diagrams for all Infotech clients
Provide IT backup to other desktop support engineers
Serve as a liaison between client and vendors
Respond quickly to client requests
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
Applicant must have a working knowledge and field experience with standard hardware
Desktop Applications: Window XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 Professional, Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat.
Handheld devices: IPhone, IPad, Blackberry and Android devices
Active Directory and Exchange Management Console
Must have 2-3 years of hands-on experience
Infotech Management will pay Desktop Support Engineer an hourly rate of $15/hour.
