Couple good reviews, but my experience was much different. Constant job threatening, no clear path on project goals, lack of management involvement, gung-ho employees out to make a name for themselves made the work place environment intense. Just being honest folks; maybe your experience will be different in a different department?

Great place to work, if your are a developer. Cutting edge tolls to use.

I have been in my role at Infragistics for two weeks and have had a smooth transition. From receiving formal HR training on benefits to meeting the CEO (on the first day), the company places a high value on making sure new employees feel welcome. There is a significant emphasis on creative problem solving, and seems all ideas are welcome!
