It is what it is.
Pros: Opportunity to learn.
Cons: More than I'd like to list.
Overall the workload wasn't bad and there was plenty to learn, but the management is terrible. There were many times where we didn't have the supplies we needed for the basins or the structures to tie it all in. The employees were great for the most part, but the guys in the office had no clue what they were doing. There was also random night work that the workers were not compensated for.
