Pros: allowed 40 hours per year to vulunteer, free lunches on special occations, have the opportunity to cheer on the susan g komen walkers and had out refreshments
Cons: too much favoritism, the training was not acceptable for a new employee to be able to succeed in their new position.

I learned extensive information of regulations for each state requirements for Insurance applications.
