The review that states you should run for your life could not be more spot on. I am a current employee, there is no room for advancement unless you like sticking your nose up management's butts and sucking up hard core. The pay is a joke and they rarely give raises. The promise bonuses but never follow through and then they come up with excuse after excuse. Some of the management is cool, but others don't care about any one or anything except getting more money. They go on and on about how the customers are the top priority but they don't seem to care much, they will do anything to make more money even if it means lying. They seem dishonest and shady in many ways and I spend all my down time searching for a new job. If you have any other places to work....take those instead and save yourself the stress and headache of it all! Not to mention they don't seem to care about current employees at all. They make it sound so great in the interview but it's all a scam! Don't risk it!
everything else....pay, bonuses, management. the list could go on and on!
Management (Former Employee) – Sandy, Utah – September 25, 2014
Upper Management-portrays themselves as a people who cares for their employees and the less fortunate. In all reality they merely care about themselves. Why because they get paid the big bucks!! Pay is way low for the amount of work required. They only care about profit and numbers; not about providing a service to their customers. CEO-traveled to Haiti to help build a school for the children, two weeks later he booted 10 employees out the door with merely 2 hours notice and no explaination. CEO- has won many awards, the only reason he did is because the marketing division was shoving these ballots down the employees throats on a daily basis. The upper management requires so much out of their employees, while they sit back and enjoy the rewards. The benefits suck; and they do not give the bonus's that they tell you about. It is usually one excuse after another as to why you do not receive it. This company is very shady in their billing practices.
bonus's, wages, amount of work required, no room for advancement, benefits.
Great opportunity for challenges and growth. Excellent compensation
Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Orem, UT – December 10, 2013
Overall I loved working at Ingram Medical. A typical day involved speaking with patients and setting up diabetic packages to meet their specific needs. We communicated with their doctors, insurance providers and pharmacies to ensure everything went active. The upper management really made an effort to reach out to their employees and it always felt like we were working as one big team. The pay was excellent.
good place to work, focused on individual proformance
Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) – Draper, UT – September 24, 2012
a typical day is spent running perscriptions through the computer and fillt hem before they go to shipping. There is some filing and returns that are done but the focus is on filling perscriptions The hardest part of the job is not zoning out ,staying focused adn getting every thing right since it is a lot of repetative work
MANAGER (Current Employee) – Sandy, UT – November 26, 2013
Very fast paced company that is striving for growth. Change is the normal there. Ingram expects the most from their employees but also is fair to them. Management is great, but has pretty much locked down the executive team
