Pros: holiday parties, pay, location
Cons: favoritism, lies, unfairness
To start, when I was hired, I was lied to and told that IWP gives perks like more day shifts, based on seniority. That was a lie. I was moved around like a rag doll in the pharmacy. If you were a "favorite" you were acknowledged, otherwise you didn't exist to management. If you had mental health issues they would purposely push you to have anxiety attacks. VP asked me to quit, when I said no I got – more... treated like a leper. They treated me like a dog, putting me in packing by myself, in the morning when it's super busy. Come noon when it slows down, they scheduled 3 extra people to come in. The place bends the company policies for certain people. If you get hired you better either quickly become a "favorite"or start looking elsewhere. Me and five other people broke the same uniform policy, and only I got canned. Purposeful antagonism. Very unprofessional. – less
