It was a great place to work at. The employees were doing the team work we all worked together to have job security.

AR Specialist (Current Employee) – Winston-Salem, NC – July 11, 2017
Overall good place to work. Just very tight on work. Not Enought employees to do all the work. Overworked some weeks. Very much so forward thinking but not all plans are thought out before put in place
Line Loader (Former Employee) – Waynedale, IN – July 4, 2017
I really did like working here. I found it easy, and well payed. This is not a job for the lazy by any means. If your a hard worker and wanting a consistent job schedule, this is the place to go. On most weeks there will be over time, due to slower workers.
If you get hired in the right department, you'll be at Inmar for life. But if you end up in a department with the chatty & petty people who play favorites, you're in for a rough ride. Favoritism needs to be handled in the highest priority, beginning with some managers!!!
General Labor Associate (Former Employee) – Breinigsville, PA – May 5, 2017
The day is only long if you don't focus enough on your work. But its focus you need to really make the quotas they're expecting of you. Usually there's enough work to go around, so superiors constantly remind employees to do their best and/or please do better, since it's needed. The people there are nice enough... you just have to know when to ask questions.
Scanner (Former Employee) – Bentonville, AR – May 4, 2017
Had fun working with 4 or 5 other people, a small crew. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breaks were spaced apart just right, and they let you know in good advance if you were needed to work overtime
Processor (Current Employee) – Fort Worth, TX – April 22, 2017
Inmar has a high employee turnover which according to me is not a good sign. Much is always expected from employees and the support given to help you do your job is minimal. Changes are difficult to implement as not everyone participates. The hardest part of the job is trying to meet up deadlines with limited people. At the end of the day one works to make a living so wherever that is made possible it makes it worth doing.
No communication Managers have no management training
Account Manager (Former Employee) – Fort Worth, TX – April 16, 2017
Terrible culture, management does not have skills needed to lead people. Not at all. Just because you have been at a company for a long time does not make you a leader. Leaders are developed and Inmar does not do that at all. Lean six sigma is not management training. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Intimidation and fear is not how you gain loyalty.
Business/Data Analyst (Current Employee) – Fort Worth, TX – March 28, 2017
Inmar is a great place to work that everyone works as a team to get a job done. There is so much knowledge in the company from years of experience to very talented people. It has helped me understand the pharmaceutical side of things coming from retail.
