Depending on the department....
Pharmaceutical Financial Management Account Rep. (Former Employee) –  Winston-Salem, NCMay 22, 2017
If you get hired in the right department, you'll be at Inmar for life. But if you end up in a department with the chatty & petty people who play favorites, you're in for a rough ride. Favoritism needs to be handled in the highest priority, beginning with some managers!!!
Pros
Good employee functions.
Cons
Favoritism, nepotism.

The job's alright. The superiors could be better.
General Labor Associate (Former Employee) –  Breinigsville, PAMay 5, 2017
The day is only long if you don't focus enough on your work. But its focus you need to really make the quotas they're expecting of you. Usually there's enough work to go around, so superiors constantly remind employees to do their best and/or please do better, since it's needed. The people there are nice enough... you just have to know when to ask questions.

Fun place to work with a small crew
Scanner (Former Employee) –  Bentonville, ARMay 4, 2017
Had fun working with 4 or 5 other people, a small crew. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breaks were spaced apart just right, and they let you know in good advance if you were needed to work overtime
Pros
Typical work week Tuesday through Thursday
Cons
Was getting kinda low on hours

Always wanting too much for less
Processor (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXApril 22, 2017
Inmar has a high employee turnover which according to me is not a good sign. Much is always expected from employees and the support given to help you do your job is minimal. Changes are difficult to implement as not everyone participates. The hardest part of the job is trying to meet up deadlines with limited people. At the end of the day one works to make a living so wherever that is made possible it makes it worth doing.

No communication Managers have no management training
Account Manager (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXApril 16, 2017
Terrible culture, management does not have skills needed to lead people. Not at all. Just because you have been at a company for a long time does not make you a leader. Leaders are developed and Inmar does not do that at all. Lean six sigma is not management training. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Intimidation and fear is not how you gain loyalty.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
The list is so long

Business/Data Analyst (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXMarch 28, 2017
Inmar is a great place to work that everyone works as a team to get a job done. There is so much knowledge in the company from years of experience to very talented people. It has helped me understand the pharmaceutical side of things coming from retail.
Pros
Team builders, catering lunches, team-oriented
Cons
No covered parking

Management sucks. But the workplace is great. My first manager left the department then another manager came in whom was racist. She does not like people of minority

Heavy workload, upper management looking for ways to fire employees
Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Winston-Salem, NCMarch 23, 2017
Worked very hard at the job, only to have an upper management member come into the department looking for people doing wrong, taking pictures on their cellphone as "proof." Lots of micromanaging that just negates the atmosphere. A workload that makes it impossible to take time off, especially early week. Favoritism and the word "perception" is used as an excuse to keep employees from taking the federally mandated breaks
Pros
Nice co workers
Cons
Micromanaging, upper management looking for something wrong

Good company to work for.
Recall representative (Former Employee) –  Fort WorthMarch 21, 2017
Pretty good company to work for good benefits, but lack communication between superiors and employees. They seemed to have problems with roles between departments working together but over a good place to get office experience.
Pros
Good office hours
Cons
Weird point system

Great Place
Processor-Lead Hospital (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXMarch 3, 2017
Its a great place to work. The location in Fort Worth has a nice guy in HR that works in the facility. He is the only person that when he is not at work we can text, call, and he will either text or call us back.

When I was hired on, he called, texted, and emailed.

This guy is awesome.

I do not recommend
employee (Current Employee) –  Reno, NVFebruary 10, 2017
We have several people that are doing so many different functions, but they are not getting the recognition or the pay they deserve. The favoritism that goes on here is either ignored and it is not willing to be seen by upper management.

Great People, constant management change
Business Development Manager (Former Employee) –  Winston-Salem, NCJanuary 17, 2017
A lot of great people work at this organization, but with constant personnel turnover and management priority changes, it makes it difficult to achieve job satisfaction.

Fun Workplace
Scanner (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GADecember 11, 2016
This was a fun place to work. I made some great friends there, as well. The work was very easy to do and repetitive. The schedule is 6am to 430pm everyday, Monday thru Thursday and its only day shift. That was the best part for me, having a 3 day weekend. Every now and then we had to work on Friday which was rarely. I do think this would be a great job for someone who is attending college and needs something steady while they continue their studies.
Pros
Receive free merchandise weekly, weekends off, day shift, benefits, and cool managers.
Cons
Low pay, no housekeeping staff, and depending on the season, it can be very hot or very cold in the warehouse.

Hard to explain
Inspector (Former Employee) –  Fort Wayne, INDecember 7, 2016
What I remember about this job is that you had to wear gloves and I would recommend sleeves because you dig in boxes, find items and scan it to put in system. Their system and computers were really old from what I can remember. Sometimes people would find unpleasant things in boxes and/or on items in box. Sometimes horrible smells would flow throughout the warehouse.
Pros
they gave incentive gifts to individuals once a month
Cons
Not for anyone with a weak stomach
