The Help Desk Support Specialist is responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding the company's website and application. Customers may have questions regarding navigating the company's website, printing materials, or other technical issues. Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills and strong problem solving abilities.

Qualified candidates have customer service experience including but not limited to: restaurant, retail, help desk, technical support, hospitality, account management experiences.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong computer skills
Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office programs
Strong presentation skills
