We will just say don't!! Inexperienced Senior leaders who work people like dogs to cover their own. High held claims and bad surveys. Shameful customer service and care. Therapy forced on patients due to pay out regardless of patients need or physician orders. No follow through from senior leadership and no one in your senior leadership outside of one – more... RVP has Home health experience. ISC is a senior living company driven home health that is only there to increase Brookdale Bottom Line and not give good care to anyone. – less
