The company does not invest in its employees long term. They have a mentality of "if you don't like it, then get out because we don't want you either" and it shows in the revolving door of employees. Relatively low base salary, and difficult-to-reach quarterly bonuses. Virtually no advancement opportunities. Very top heavy which trickles down, and you're treated as completely dispensable and voiceless if you are not in a leadership position.
That being said, it is good for recent grads who want a full-time position to get their foot in the door, start earning a salary and some translatable skills but really don't expect to stay here more than a year or two.
