The actual job is fine but the atmosphere and management was terrible. Their is/was blatant favoritism. They reel you in with the idea of "bonuses" that are actually a quota where at times it hinders your day to day work with your clients but they make up for it with the extreme amounts of micromanaging.

Quantity over quality, management and micromanaging
