Customer Care Specialist, Woodland Hills, CA - November 17, 2016
As a customer care representative, I would deal with different clients all over the country with both commercial, and personal policies. Input1 is great at allowing employees to make decisions on the fly in certain scenarios within the confines of our power. A typical day at work consists of me taking anywhere between 75-100 phones calls daily handling various tasks. The hardest part of the job is a lot of the follow up we have to do with various agents and insurance carriers. Management is ok. There's always room for improvement though.
