Good place to get settled for retirement - Not for growing professionally (In terms of programming)

Pros:
- Flexible hours
- Can work from home
- Company events such as baseball
- Friendly atmosphere


Cons:

- Poor communication between departments
- Older culture (not for young workers, at least for me)
- Different tasks are assigned to people who are not specifically responsible for the field of the task
- No salary raises for two years in a row

Good job. Helped to have a nice life at the time when it was needed when I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life. Was able to accumulate enough hours and pay after working there, to comfortably stay at home with my kids.
