The company started cleaning only carpets and upholstery but eventually grew to service all facets of cleaning which include Maid Services, Post-Construction Cleaning, Floor Care, etc.
Eric Martell, the owner of Martell's Carpet Cleaning and now IOCS, started cleaning carpets and upholstery on the side while he kept his full-time custodian position.
