Amazing company to work for. Fun culture. They will develop you into an excellent communicator and will offer advancement mostly in terms of Management. Unless you are looking to move into management, or be a coach for the rest of your career, you will need to change companies when you are ready to "move up."

Great culture, excellent mission and smart people but comp is not competitive for how hard you are expected to work, and family health insurance is cheaper if you buy from eHealth insurance--so it's a non-benefit. No part-time and no wfh. A great place to work for 2-3 years, then move on.

I enjoy creating the space for a student to explore who they truly are in relation to their career. Connecting their academic theories to their practical career competencies and hearing how that changed their perspective to school is priceless. I truly belief that knowing who you are is a key factor in deciding on your career path. For that reason, students appreciate me challenging them to dig deeper in finding their true fit within a career and how they become aware of their preferences in their thinking style.
