No stability!! I was hired to work 12pm-8:30 pm....then after 2 days switched to 10 am-6pm. Then switched immediately after to 3-11pm then 3-12pm all in a matter of 2 weeks. There was no consideration for my time or work life balance.
It honestly depends on who you are working for, but I have great flexibility. The best ever at a company.
Good if you like switching shifts constantly, without notice.

Denpends on what lab and team you are on. If you are in the AI lab, then you will get 40 maybe sometimes more. If you are in the CC lab they will work you like a dog and when work slows down, they will let you go.

The hours were decent, other that when 12-14 hour days and 6-7 days a week were required for over a month, and depending on your position, overtime is paid less than regularly paid hours
