Extremely busy construction office.
I handled all aspects of contracts, subcontracts, accounts payables, accounts receivables, new hire paperwork, drug screening and insurance information. I kept vast records and files on over 100 jobs running concurrently with little to no supervision. I participated in weekly financial balance calls with the project manager and monthly financial projection/recap meetings with the board of directors, the project manager, field engineers and CEO. I answered all phone calls and routed mail and email to the appropriate people. I assisted in hiring my assistant as well as training and guidance.
