What we are looking for:
As an Account Manager your role is to ensure our clients are getting peak performance on InstallMonetizer's solutions. In this role, you will have high level of interaction with our clients. You will need to understand and know the details of each account, be able to push clients to spend more with us, show them the value we provide and retain them as long term clients.
- must have experience managing multiple live client accounts
- be comfortable on phone calls, as we encourage phone/skype conversations with our clients
- understand web based advertising & marketing fundamentals
- be comfortable with off hour calls, example early mornings or before midnight, this is because our clients are based in USA and International. This is not frequent, but be open to it.
- must be able to analyze data/stats and derive basic understanding and present your findings to our client
- use our tools and resources to nurture and grow client accounts
- join industry related Linkedin groups and actively participate
- proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Share what you learn via customer interactions with team to help us improve our product offering
- understand that you are part of the team and not look at yourself as a solo player
- Lastly, have a cheerful and positive attitude. People buy from people they like.
- must have 1-2 years’ experience in managing 10+ active accounts
- past work history in advertising or marketing space is a plus
- possess a BA/BS degree (or equivalent training and experience)
- extremely detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, has the ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
- possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
