In its 52 year history many employees came and went. Upper management overall was very authoritarian with no room for suggestions. This all changed when the CEO and Owner became ill and the Board of Directors placed his granddaughter in charge of everyday operations. Although she had no clue about the air conditioning business she knew how to listen and create an atmosphere of respect and transparency.
Even with the hiring of a few extra employee the business was not viable. Unfortunately the Board of Directors decided to close the business.
