Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. seeks an energetic, motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resource Department at our corporate office in Westchester, IL.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of department and personnel files.
- Coordinate transactions with the Payroll Department.
- HRIS data entry.
- Initiate pre-employment screening for all new employees.
- Respond to routine employment verification and government inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute employment offer letters, apparel program materials and general mailings.
- Additional projects and miscellaneous requests.
The ideal candidate has at least two years experience in a HR administrative position supporting multiple locations across the country. This person must have excellent analytical, communication and time-management skills. Proficiency is MS Office is required and ADP Enterprise experience is a plus.
