I'm very punctual and I stay late to keep my desk current. I check my emails and suspense, do follow ups if needed. Work on Binds, set up and rate endorsements, follow up on Finance Cancellations when received. Answer questions from co-workers, phone calls and emails. If a new CSR I would be training them. I enjoy being able to help out my co-workers when they need help on there desk or when they have a question. When management ask me to do something I do it in a timely maner.
