There is always work to do and new things to learn.

Pros: great people, rewarding to help out the customers, and educational.
Cons: they don't offer part time employement.
I worked there for 11 years before coming a full time mother. I worked in customer service and marketing. It was never dull. There is always something to learn. I loved that part of the job. I met great people. I would work there again in a heart beat.

Not enough of the right people making good decisions in the right places

Pros: base pay is fair. financially, they are secure.
Cons: too much uncertainty. bonuses are too low.
Lots of secret projects going on at the top. Last minute changes and planned changes communicated late causing much uncertainty. Create too many complex processes across the divisions making it difficult to get things done. Multiple projects and not enough resources. Bonuses are the lowest in the industry.
