Lacks Integrity
entry level (Former Employee) –  York, PADecember 26, 2015
Typical day at work is trying to keep focused while knowing you are losing your job due to sending jobs out of the country.
This company is unstable and does not hire within. Management at the York location has absolutely NO control...that comes from the NJ office.
They do not pay enough to support a family especially when you have health insurance deducted from your pay..very sad situation..lacks integrity.

All about the numbers and not about the customer
Product Manager (Former Employee) –  Princeton, NJNovember 17, 2015
Management seems to not care about the customer and are solely focused on wall street expectation. Top management cares more about their annual bonus than the well being of their staff.
Pros
nice location
Cons
lots of turn-over and poor support of staff.

Easy place to work at but not a lot of career advancement support
CA/QA/RA Rotational Associate (Current Employee) –  Plainsboro, NJJuly 6, 2015
People are great here to work at but the HR department is extremely unhelpful when it comes to career advancement. You can often get lost in the company with HR. Otherwise between departments it is an enjoyable place to work and is never too stressful.

The Pain Management division will not hire full time but only a temp position.
Customer Service Representative- Pain Management (Former Employee) –  West Valley, UtahMay 15, 2015
Great environment to work in, however there are only 2 people in CSR for pain management. You really become dependent on each others attendance but over all its not so busy so its not so overwhelming. However, planning vacation was a bit difficult because I never got a direct answer and I always had to remind the supervisor. I was told that I would be hired within the 90 days during the interview and also with my temp agency. My temp agency had talked to the supervisor and was told that they were not hiring at the time. In addition, I found out that no one in pain management for CSR position had ever been hired as a full time so no one really stays in that position. I also thought it was unethical for the manager to state to their employers( prospective or not) of being hired and recieving benefits when they already knew it was not going to happen. Overall, I had a great experience here.
Pros
Great Experience, Supervisor kinda sketchy
Cons
temp position only no benefits

Great Co-Workrs BUT bad management No Values!
Confidential (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAApril 30, 2015
I worked for IntegraLife and the division I worked for had no culture at all. With my experience there i felt that the lazy employees would be glorified ,well the hard workers were not acknowledged at all. Besides that it could have been Fun but I got to know great individuals, just minus the politics and the dis-functional management, Not all the management were bad just a few in a position that shouldn't be. Great company if theirs changes made. Not all individual actions represented the company but reflected on my opinion here.
Pros
If I could name one but I can't besides a few coworkers
Cons
No Integrity, Lack of Support, Delay in Hiring help
