A lot of traveling and vehicle wear and tear. Caseloads are sometimes difficult when you have clients that are in need of services calling you on one end and corporate telling you to get numbers higher on the other. Not enough hours in the day for both, so unless you plan on working more hours for free (there is no overtime here), expect to switch objective courses on a moments notice.

You accumulate time off, around 4 hours a pay period or 1 day off a month. Must give 2 weeks in advanced for vacation time. If you do not have enough time, you may still be able to take off but you will not be paid (had a vacation planned when I first got hired, took off 2 more days than I had in my PTO bank, so I lost pay for 2 days). PTO is used for everything including sick time.

You can accumulate up to 10 days off a year (80 hours), but you can only take 5 days over to the next year. Do not get stuck losing PTO, just take off by the end of the year for a few days to get down to 40 hours.

It's cool that you're not bound to an office and desk, get to be outside in nice weather and in various communities. Downside is that 75% of the communities you work in are lack luster (understandable since you're primary focus is underserved low income health markets) and takes a huge toll on your vehicle. DO NOT LEASE A CAR FOR THIS JOB. You WILL be doing 20,000+ miles a year easily.
