IMS needs help!
AE (Former Employee) –  Morton Grove, ILJuly 11, 2016
IMS has a poor corporate culture. They are extremely top heavy with way too many Executive VP's, Senior VP's and regular VP's, all of these people earn in excess of $100K. IMS terminated 30 operations people a couple of months ago in an effort to reduce their overhead, none of the highly compensated VP's were in this group. They are all "buddies"and protect each at the
expense of the people who do the real work. They have not had a serious new business win, with the reduction of McD's business due to the new electronic menuboards I do not see a bright future.
Pros
Pros Decent insurance coverage.
Cons
Pros Decent insuranceShort on staff, workers need to cover other accounts when they are busy.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJanuary 22, 2017
IMS is a great place to work which bolsters a friendly work environment. Associates are always willing to help out in any situation which goes to show that teamwork makes the dream work.

Received pretty good hours but no room for advancement and poor management.
Distribution Warehouse Employee (Former Employee) –  Kenosha, WIFebruary 10, 2015
My typical day at work would include rolling posters for Mcdonalds and Walgreens, packing pallets from the dock to the trucks, and scanning product with RF scanner. The management was unfair and never showed any respect to most of the employees,

Attention Deficit
Production Associate (Former Employee) –  Morton Grove, ILJune 25, 2012
They management never paid attention to you at all. I did not have any work to do at some point and I asked management and was told to just hang out for a couple of days.
