3 month contract position paying $44-$47/hour.
Ideal candidate will:
-Will participate with staff to develop a Microsoft Office 2010 client training program.
-Conduct end-user training classes for Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
-Will travel to three (3) separate training sessions per day on days when training is scheduled. -Trainer will conduct training sessions in locations for staff in groups of between 15 to 20 individuals.
-Will become familiar with computer configurations and be able to perform some level of troubleshooting as necessary.
-Use Video Conferencing and/or WebEx during training sessions. Assist the Desktop Services Help Desk by answering support phone calls from staff seeking assistance with Microsoft Office 2010 Excel, Word and PowerPoint issues.
-Assist the Desktop Services Help Desk by providing first-hand support and assistance to -staff in their own work areas following the migration to Microsoft Office 2010

The following qualifications must be met to be considered for this position:
Minimum of 12 months prior experience providing training for Microsoft Office version 2010 or above.
Minimum of 12 months prior experience providing training for Microsoft products in a class room or business environment.
Minimum of 12 months prior experience providing level 1 and Level 2 help desk support for Microsoft Office 2010 or above.
