The typical day at office when the team strength was very less and we few team members manged the complete process.

I leant team handing, how to claim the buyer who is very irate overt the call or email.

Management was nice and helpful.

My co workers was very understanding and cooperative.

The hardest part of the job was fine.

the most enjoyable part of the job to make buyer/customer feel happy
