Based at our headquarters in Perrysburg, the Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for execution of the day-to-day activities of developing, creating and implementing electronic and Web-based marketing initiatives to help us grow our business. You will be an important member of our team, reporting to Chief Client Officer and assisting with e-marketing strategy and content development to maximize the experience of current and potential customers, as well as our field agent community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Website
Responsible for the general oversight of the IntelliShop website including:

Assistance with ongoing updates, content generation, creating lead generation forms and custom landing pages, ensuring social media and email marketing tie-ins.

Monitor website traffic and provide critical measurement updates to leadership, and develop plans to address trends identified by analysis.

Ensure accuracy of information, timeliness of new information and relevancy of content on the site.

DIGITAL MARKETING
Development and execution of content using Marketo software tied in with Salesforce.com, including infographics, video and more.

Tracking results and using analysis of performance data to drive metrics including list opt-ins, click thru and open to click rates, and more.

Oversee, maintain and update prospect database (in Salesforce.com) for all target verticals with all required and appropriate contact information.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Responsible for content development & posting on all company social media outlets.

Assist our field agent recruitment teams to build social communities and other recruiting tools, with the ultimate goal of greatly increasing our pool of market research study participants.

Investigate additional tools and channels to round out long-term social media efforts

SALESFORCE.COM
Own and manage Salesforce.com end-to-end, keeping it continuously updated with sales and marketing requirements, integrating with Marketo digital marketing software. Keep the system aligned with the sales structure and process and maintain the Salesforce.com data quality and integrity.

Supply Salesforce.com education, training, and documentation to the sales team and lead development reps.

Develop reports and dashboards to support the sales and client services teams.

Assist sales/marketing operations in tracking and measuring end-to-end lead management process.

GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS
Assist with media relations – identification of article or project profile opportunities, research, drafting materials, procuring approvals from owners and other participants or those quoted, etc.

Assist with newsletters and other communication activities and overall content generation as required.

Liaison with our partners for web development, public relations, communications.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Must have at least a 4-year degree in Media Communications, e-commerce, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar educational track.

Minimum of one year direct experience with e-marketing, including website content management systems, social media, e-mail marketing.

Experience in creative and technical writing for marketing purposes.

Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong understanding and application of web measurement tools and metrics such as Google Analytics

Experience with marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Eloqua, Silverpop, Hubspot, etc. We currently use Marketo.

Experience with CSS and HTML a plus, but not required.

Must be exceptionally organized, able to prioritize from many competing projects & tasks, think creatively, have strong attention to detail, be a quick learner and self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Must have exceptionally strong spelling and other written and verbal communication skills

Must be a team player who will assist with overall goal achievement across our entire organization.
