A fast paced and friendly environment
Merchandise Order Picker (Former Employee), Lockbourne, OH – June 11, 2013
Pros: first shift hours and rate of pay
Cons: inconsistency of hours and days
Fast paced work. I learned team work and to pace myself to reach my goals. Management was off balance. We preformed duties for Zulily but was rated by Intellisource which seemed to create an off balance of management and their goals. My co-worker were very friendly and helpful. Hardest part of the job was unsurity of work schedule, made it very hard – more... to balance home life for doctor appointments and parenting. The most enjoyable part of the job was the first shift hours and rate of pay along with my teammates. – less

Persuing Lawsuit
hired for equipment forced to pick (Former Employee), Ontario, CA – May 15, 2013
Pros: there wasn't any!
Cons: my lawyer took this case pro bono!
The branch in Ontario Crocs is not only constantly changing their rules and policies, they choose who they want to enforce them on. Favoratism, inappropriate sexual humor and ridicule, constant negative comments from management and this staffing agency. Most of those working for this Agency in the Crocs building are rude, act superior to the workers – more... and are some how halfway funtioning on a level of incompetence I've never seen before. They use a points system to tally absences and late arrivals, more than 8 points is supposed to mean termination (although several favorite employees have more). Several former employees and I were told we were laid off yet after applying for unemployment were denied because this company said we were actually terminated for too many points. We have all tried finding out how many points we had and this agency never told us how many we had when asked. They forced me and lots of other employees to work beyond two weeks straight several times, yet kept us under 80 hours and when I and others asked for days off were denied. Absences during those two weeks were marked as double points even with doctors notes regardless if it was day fifteen or more continuous days worked. – less

Not a good place to work and management is in denial of the game
Fraud Analyst 9 days of training, (Former Employee), Highlands Ranch Colorado – May 1, 2013
Pros: clocking out at the end of the day
Cons: clocking in
First of all it is suppose to be 3 weeks training, but its not. They are unprofessional and disorganized in the worst way. Customers call and are passed around to many depts. before they can get help, once they are directed to the proper dept. they are angry and have every rite to be because this is a 10-15 minute game ,that the customers are put through. – more... If a customer is angry after many attempts to get to the correct dept., you pretty much just get cussed at, because they have been frauded and now it took 10-20 minutes later telling many depts there problem and they have been passed around they are very angry, and if you go to the operations manager about the pass around game he is in denial of the problems and does nothing at all, then you get intimidation and you are known as a troublemaker, because you want to make things better for the customers. Its not unusual for them to make false allegations about you, and let you go after you bring suggestions to the table about all of the disorganization on the phones, and ask why depts. aren't held accountable for the pass around game they do with customers. Why would Verizon let Intellisource management handle customer service is beyond me! Very sad for the customers. – less

Very competitive and fast pased
Customer Service (Former Employee), Reno-Stead, NV – October 23, 2012
Pros: when we would accomplish our goals, the company would buy the crew lunch and dinner.
Cons: when the computers would crash we wern't able to reach our goals, wich in turn meant we had extra work the next day or next week.
A typical work day consisted of pushing a cart around the warehouse using an i-phone to pick our orders in a timely manner, i learned that working hard in a large warehouse that dosen't have any heaters keeps you warm. The management was a pleasure working for as well as my fellow co-workers. The hardest part of the job was when the computers crashed – more... so we wern't able to get our orders on the i-phones we were using. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people and being able to come together to complete our daily goals. – less

Warehouse Job
Picker (Former Employee), Ontario, CA – October 3, 2012
Pros: bonus for good performance.
Cons: gossip
As far as work went, they always kept me busy. They taught me skills on an RF scanner and taught me about the importance of working hard and gaining rewards. Management was alright, for a while not a lot of people knew what they were doing until we hired new leads. I didn't get to know my co workers very well because they all spoke mostly spanish. However, – more... the few i did get to know, were very nice and supportive. The hardest part of the job was hitting quota on a day when it was 90 degrees or higher in the warehouse. The most enjoyable part was the morning stretches, they got me in gear and going. – less

Great job if you hate money and don't want hard work to be rewarded.
Fraud analyst (Former Employee), Highlands Ranch – September 18, 2012
Pros: you don't have to work hard because you'll be paid the same as those who do not.
Cons: no advancement ever.
Very low pay/advancement potential. Very low morale as there is nowhere to go with the company. Those who work hard have the same results as those who do not. Extremely unrewarding. Earned PTO often declined per management rules. Very strict/untrusting environment. Basically a first job environment that only hires adults. Awful.

Unfair and biased company
Forklift Operator (Former Employee), Ontario, CA – August 2, 2012
Pros: hires rapidly
Cons: unfair, egregious, and unrealistic training.
They hire people and expect to train them in 30 minutes or less on various equipment. If you do not catch on, they fire you immediately. Only the management is permanent, everyone else is hired "at-will!" Didn't learn much due to the speed that the trainers were going. The hardest part is working with newer equipment and being expected to catch on immediately. – more... The hiring lady's stated, "It should not take a trainer more than an hour to train you, so because of that we have to let you go!" – less

Fun position identifying fraudulent activity
FRAUD ANALYST (Former Employee), Highlands Ranch, CO – July 27, 2012
Pros: ocassional pot luck
Cons: medical benefits, unflexable with accomulated pto
-Sat at desk analyzing possible fraudulent scenarios.
-Create appropriate documentation of said fraudulent activity and customer contact that was made.
-Maintain monthly and weekly standards of proficiency
-Co-workers were wonderful to work with
-Help newer analysts gain knowledge by teaching scenarios
-The hardest part about that job I would say is – more... getting a hold of someone within the company of concern
-most enjoyable part of he job, placing restrictions on telephone lines to stop the fraudulent calls from processing. – less

Helping Customers with Fraud
Fraud Analyst (Current Employee), Highlands Ranch, CO – June 20, 2012
Taking 40-80 calls a day and also working alarms and creating cases. Working with systems MTAS, MARS, ENFORCE, IFD, Fraud Plus. Job satisfaction is helping customers and preventing fraud. Gives me good feeling about what I am doing. Down fall is little pay for all we do and no chance for advancement.

Pros: great location

Overall this is a great company, they help put professionals to work in the fields they desire. Very helpful and care about there employees enough to offer health benefits to temporary employees. The pay is less than desirable compared to others with the same experience level as you.

Supervisors lack of knowledge is very unprofessional.
Sorter Operator (Current Employee), Ontario, CA – May 14, 2013
Pros: friendly co-workers
Cons: bad management
my job is to prepare loads that need to ship out. I learned almost all of the warehouse procedures and system functions as well as how to operate machinery such as forklifts. Management has no idea what they are doing have the time at this company if there were no team leads or experienced workers nothing would get done. Co-workers are great with minor – more... problems that for the most part cannot be avoided. The hardest part of the job is filling out the ridiculous "Labor Management" sheet everyday. The most enjoyable is the workload can be stretched to a 40 hour week most times. – less
