Customer Service Agent (Current Employee) – Jacksonville, FL – November 22, 2017
IRTalent seems to have other contracts that they also work but I am on a contract with a major medical insurance company here in Florida. There is a lot to be learned about the industry but very few people in the company actually know those things. This is not an issue for IRTalent but for the contractee.
Very nice people, family run, have referred residential projects to me
Senior Project Manager (Former Employee) – Point Richmond, CA – January 23, 2017
The only reason I left was they ran out of work. The schedule was flexible, it was family run so after awhile you felt like part of the family, the management was very fair, and the project managers were almost autonomous-you were given a lot of rope on how you ran your projects. The day to day was ok, but was a little quiet sometimes. I was used to livelier offices.
Very supportive of employees, decent benefits
A little too quiet sometines-could have used some livening up.
Sourcer (Former Employee) – Jacksonville, FL – October 31, 2016
This company is great to work for. You really feel like you a part of a team that you will either be successful together or fail together. The hours are as the job needs so you really feel like you need to play your part so the project gets completed correctly and on time.
going from job site to job site is great for keeping the skills sharp but it doesn't allow a person to get rooted to any one place and feel a sense of "home" and "loyalty" to a company, so there is always something missing.
there's always a sense of accomplishment, a "job well done"
there's no sense of "ownership" or "family" when you know you're only "visiting"
Shady. Did not know if there was work from one day to the next. Difficulty receiving payment for work rendered, Had great relationship with client, but contractor was hard to reach. Do not use if you are trying to stay somewhere for a long period of time and assume that any day can be your last. Oh and expect to be called in at the last minute. The pay was good for what it was, but not worth the instability.
Pay was over scale
Unreliable, hard to reach and unpersonable to workers
