Allowed for creativity on the job, as well as using your own personal skills to complete the task assigned. Incredible management that will assist and work along the employee's.

Fun workplace with lots of flexibility
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Current Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLMarch 14, 2017
Great place to work, but not much room for advancement. Company culture is a little confused, but there is quite a bit of flexibility. Seems like one of the better recruiting firms to work for in Jax.

Very nice people, family run, have referred residential projects to me
Senior Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Point Richmond, CAJanuary 23, 2017
The only reason I left was they ran out of work. The schedule was flexible, it was family run so after awhile you felt like part of the family, the management was very fair, and the project managers were almost autonomous-you were given a lot of rope on how you ran your projects. The day to day was ok, but was a little quiet sometimes. I was used to livelier offices.
Pros
Very supportive of employees, decent benefits
Cons
A little too quiet sometines-could have used some livening up.

This company is great to work for. You really feel like you a part of a team that you will either be successful together or fail together. The hours are as the job needs so you really feel like you need to play your part so the project gets completed correctly and on time.

Great Reps
Executive Support/Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) –  JacksonvilleOctober 30, 2014
going from job site to job site is great for keeping the skills sharp but it doesn't allow a person to get rooted to any one place and feel a sense of "home" and "loyalty" to a company, so there is always something missing.
Pros
there's always a sense of accomplishment, a "job well done"
Cons
there's no sense of "ownership" or "family" when you know you're only "visiting"

There's a reason it's not called Reliable Resources
Independent Contractor (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FlJuly 2, 2013
Shady. Did not know if there was work from one day to the next. Difficulty receiving payment for work rendered, Had great relationship with client, but contractor was hard to reach. Do not use if you are trying to stay somewhere for a long period of time and assume that any day can be your last. Oh and expect to be called in at the last minute. The pay was good for what it was, but not worth the instability.

Pros
Pay was over scale
Cons
Unreliable, hard to reach and unpersonable to workers
