Fun place to work with fooseball table
QA Analyst (Former Employee), Mississauga, ON –
Pros: no free lunches
Cons: long hours
Good place to work at.
Pros
Top global conferencing company with offices in North America, Asia Pacific and EMEA which provides opportunity to work in different countries.
Cons
Intercall is a sales driven company. It seems as though those who work in operations are not compensated or rewarded like the sales reps.
Advice to Senior Management
Reward and – more...  compensate those who work in Operartions. Otherwise it is a good company to work for with decent management and leadership. – less

Conference Operator (Former Employee), West Point, GA –
Pros: communication
Cons: it was a long promotion process
I gained a lot of experience in the customer service field. I learned skills from this job that can be beneficial anywhere I go. Such as verbal communication skills. That was one of the main attributes to the job that I really liked.

Poor workplace
Customer Service (Former Employee), Cork, Ireland –
Cons: no training and false information.
Intercall was a very poor place to work, the money was very bad and there was no training for the job that needed to be done so it was impossible for us to help the customers.

Busy place to work
Trainer (Current Employee), West Point –
Pros: benefits
Cons: no raises and hard to work with management.
This is an okay place to work for about the first year that you work there. After that your promotions stop and you do not get any type of raises. This is very difficult to understand and sometimes very annoying.

Review of balance at Intercall
Newnan, Ga (Former Employee), lab trainer –
Pros: quarterly bonuses
Cons: sometimes lunch hour will be at 10:30, other days 2:30
Overall the company is great with decent advancement opportunities. As a mother I found that upper management set unrealistic expectations regarding time off for doctor's appointments, parent-teacher meetings at school, etc.
