Found a better paying job with benefits and would have stayed is the pay rate would have increased

I think that there management really needs some work. They are slow at returning calls.

Work people with disabilities in a home setting with everyday living skills, such as cleaning, bathing, clothing, and cooking. Learned that there is more to life then shopping, and going out, gave me a whole to look at life & how preious it can be. This is a 6 month dual diagnosis residential facility where residents learn life about their mental illness, addictions, life kills, and cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies. Interim has cohesive staffing. The hardest part of the job is the short staffing which leads to limited vacation time. The first year I cared for a 20 year old with c/p. I really enjoyed both the patient and his family. I still, occasionally, babysit for the family.
After the patient turned 21 the state dropped his ability to receive care through Interim. I started caring for 2 children, a 15 year old with c/p 4 hours a day and a 18 month old with a rare brain disorder – more... 4 hours a day. All of my patients had g/tubes. I cared for the patients, transported to and from doctors appointments, administered medications, treatments, ect. – less

I found them to be uninvolved with their employees they did not provide education and were not clear on what they wanted of you. They did they give you much opportunity to learn

it was a good place to work and it had advancement to full time!

travail de mis en rayons, de vérification des prix et réassortir les produits

j ai travaille au departement logistique interne,on se chargeait de transporter des contenaires,des sacs remplis et avec les camions a eaux on arrosait la route pour eviter que la poussiere soit en l air.

j aime mon travail de cariste et j espere en faire mon metier etgagne ma vie avec

une journee normal de 8h prise de poste a 8h jusque 17h environ par equipe de 2 generalment

Je pense qu'il est indispensable de s'épanouir au coeur de sa profession ce qui entend une conciliation entre vie privée et vie professionnelle. Les connaissances professionnelles sont un moyen de nous rassurer au quotidien surtout pour les intérimaires. La notion d'équipe est un terme qui décrit bien l'esprit de l'infirmier.

mon avis sur interim sbc l'environnement du travail est meilleurs,sauf que les entreprise ou les equipe qui reçois les interimaire ne facilite pas l'integration des interimaire au sein de leurs équipe,ce pourquoi carrefour a du mal a recrute des boulanger

C'est,une bonne agence de travail temporaire, mais ils n'ont sué peu de missions à proposer.

l'intérim n'est pas perçu de la même façon dans le sud et dans le nord

dans le nord on est considéré comme des hommes et comme de vrais ouvriers de l'entreprise
dans le sud on est que des esclaves payé au smic quel que soit la qualification et jamais on ne fera parti de l'entreprise on est que des estrangers!!!!!!!

les horaires mal organiser ( commence trop tard, fini trop tard )
