3-6weeks if you are like in the hired process from start to finish. You have to find the jobs online, apply, and wait to see. They are owned by individual clinics it's by the HR department for Intermountain, one of the largest medical corporation in the US.

I can only speak from what I have been told by recent hires. The feedback is that they had to turn down other offers in hopes to be offered a position at IHC because the hiring process takes too long. Then they find out that the position they turned down had better pay and benefits.
