It was a work from home program for a travel agency.
Travel Agent (Former Employee), Scottsdale, AZAugust 28, 2014
Pros: working from home.
Cons: lack of training
Typical day at work was booking members flights, hotels, cars and resorts. I learned about the different companies and systems that they used such as Government Vacation Rewards, USAA and Maritz. The management could have been a little better on the communication front with our coaching. I loved all the people that I worked with and had in my training – more... class. The hardest part of my job was being expected to take calls for members of different companies that we were not trained to take. The most enjoyable part was working from home. – less

Stay AWAY
Accountant (Former Employee), Scottsdale, AZAugust 9, 2014
Pros: none.
Cons: lack of professionalism and ethics. bad company all around.
The worst company ever. Do yourself a favor and don't apply. I can't believe they are still in business with their lack of professionalism. And if you do apply and get a call from a so-called Recruiter, good luck with trying to contact them again. Poor follow-up to potential employees. Do they really think that not following up is professional? Do they – more... really think that potential employees won't think bad about a company that does this? ICE Management, if you are reading this, take note that your HR personnel are making your company look really bad – less

Get In - Get Out
Sales and Marketing Rep (Current Employee), Orlando, FLOctober 3, 2013
Pros: commission and bonus and awesome
Cons: high cancellation rate and no job security
Great money to be made but only for a short period. There's no stability as the company is new to the Orlando area and not sure what direction it wants to take

Well ICE....
Sales (Current Employee), scottsdale, azMay 23, 2013
Pros: on-site gym, massages, work from home
Cons: too many to list.
This company sells a poor product and embraces it fully. Packaged vacations for RCI, Sears, USAA and others. Some of these companies are very well respected and for them to do this to their customers is insane to me. This company will lie and cheat to get the sale and keep it. ICE likes to boast about the awards they receive yearly but most are bought – more... and paid for from hack magazines. If you don't mind never thinking for yourself and talking people out of their money for a sub-par product this is the place for you... – less

Incentives are wonderful, such as the Cafeteria
Internal Auditor (Former Employee), Scottsdale, AZJune 7, 2012
Pros: reduced lunches, reduced prices on movies, gift cards, etc.
Cons: if they wanted to get rid of you because you were seniority, they found a way.
My most enjoyable part of this job is working with the cruise lines to verify information, being on the computer all day and working with little supervision. There really was not a hard part of the job. Most coworkers were fun and kept things professional. Management could use some coaching and training skills.

A typical day at work was to listen to – more... music, work at your own pace (but made sure you reached the productivity goals). Working as a team was nice. There were a lot of incentives which were amazing and deals on travel. – less
