Underwriter (Former Employee) – Maitland, FL – June 23, 2017
This is a small office with poor management. The company itself is very good, but management suffers from his inability to 'manage' and is 'passive aggressive' with employees. While the manager is a good underwriter, this does not make him management material. Sorry...
Everyday varies depending on the needs of the company. There is never a dull moment, One day I can be working on preparing us for a ransomware out break or working in the server room working on cable management.
free coffee and tissues. clean environment, parking, good benefits.
Support Staff (Former Employee) – NJ – January 13, 2015
This was a horrible place to work. HR works against you. HR will agree to confidential conversations with you about your concerns, and then report those concerns back to your supervising attorney. best part of the job? the fact that I am not working there anymore. the benefits are ok. the salary isn't bad. neither are worth the stress.
Incredible stressful office with very little appreciation for how hard staff works. No tangible opportunities or focus for advancement or career development and high turn over of support staff employee. If you dont fit in the click you wont last. Only way to advance is to be in the click.
