With little regard for anything but a bottom line this company has gone from a company run with integrity and high employee satisfaction to a company solely interested in making as much money as possible. The standards of training and job performance have gone down and management plays golf more than actual work. They give little to no notice before a travel job and expect all employees to be able to leave for weeks at a time, again with maybe 12hrs notice. In an effort to grow the company they continue to take on all jobs without any consideration of employee availability or job skill requirements.
