International Claims Department: Very strict, intimidating

The overall company itself is a very nice place of employment. Although the International Claims & Customer Service Departments are managed with a negative, tyranny, intimidating, very strict & confined work environment. Upon initial hire and well liked by the management team, they are very encouraging and helpful in your training and over all success. including taking into account the huge learning curve of the international based administration and computer systems and programs. Unfortunately, once the employees voice any opinion of their own that the management staff and vice president of the departments does not agree with personally and/or professionally, that employee is outcast, not helped as much as other employees and pretty much left to become unsuccessful and/or set up to be terminated for reasons that they (the claims & customer service management team) would disquise under other reasons.
