Challenging Work Place
Financial Analyst (Current Employee), Memphis, TN –
I was fortunate enough to have had managers who advanced me quickly and provided me with great development opportunities. The downside to this company is that there is little room for career movement. Through cost cutting initiatives, many middle manager and first line leader roles were eliminated, leaving little room for analysts to advance from an – more...  individual contributor role. – less

I was allowed to set up this office and classes so I manage the flow and sucess of these classes.
Training Coordinator/Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), East Granby, CT –
Coordinated more than 40 training classes annually. Arranged hotel and class accommodations. Facilitated class enrollment and shipment of materials. Worked with Accounts Payable to reconcile training budgets. Worked closely with other regional training coordinators to complete training schedule and regional projects. Typed monthly arbitration and mediation – more...  briefs for Employee Relations Consultant.
I was allowed to develop the new office and the development of classes, I used my organization skills, my people skills and interaction with other departments of IP to accomplish this feature of my position. I learned the processes of contracting conference room space, room and food rates and audio/visual equipment if needed for the training staff. – less

Mine is not the most reliable review- I'm a corporate merger employee.
Senior Windows Systems Programmer II (Current Employee), Austin, TX –
IP became my employer after they acquired my company. I'm part of the IT infrastructure there and worked hard with the IP IT staff to integrate the infrastructures. The people with whom I worked were very sharp. Can't offer too much about the company outside of the IT department or what a typical day is like. Sorry.
