Great company to work for.
Shipping Clerk (Former Employee), Pineville, LA – May 13, 2013
Pros: rewarded for our efforts, and maintaining a safe workplace.
Cons: insufficient lighting at end of dock.
A typical work day would be loading/unloading raw materials. Conferring with management,CTE,
engineer crew in order to maintain workflow. I learned new skills. I became proficient in windows based programs(SAP)., Multitask, enter,
access, and retrieve data. Answer phone, take messages. I would rate management as excellent. Great co-workers.

The hardest – more... part of my job was when a trailer failed inspection, the driver sometimes refused to leave.

Mostly, I enjoyed working with a dedicated team of co-workers who made the workplace fun as well as productive. – less

Productive place with a variety of job requirements.
Machine Operator/Helper (Former Employee), San Antonio, TX – April 13, 2013
Pros: good people to work for, breaks every two hours
Cons: short breaks, rotating schedules, average pay
At the start of the work day we would stretch, then work at different stations every 2 hours. We had a 45 minute lunch and two 12 minute breaks. Coworkers were always fun to work with. Management was very supportive. The hardest part of the job was rotating shifts. The most enjoyable part of the job was how quickly the day went as we worked hard to – more... finish the product. – less

Forklift Operator (Current Employee), Charlotte, NC – April 2, 2013
Pros: co workers weekly pay
Cons: low pay lay offs
Working here has taught me patience and working cooperatively. The days are long and the breaks are short. Great people to work with. The hardest part of the day is being backed up with orders that can't be filled in a timely manner due to lack of product. Thats why I choose to order product before they run out. The best part of the job is the people. – more... Great people there. – less
