We are small but growing internet real estate brokerage seeking a talented office/administrative person or persons to add to our team. This position has huge potential for growth into an office/operations management position.

We need help with many things some of which may include: online marketing and lead generation, email blasts, entering listings, agregating data from quickbooks and our salesforce database to track company metrics, data entry in to the MLS, craigslist postings, special projects, research, answering live chat, website updating, social media posting, excel spreadsheets, telephones, sorting through messages, assisting the president in day to day operations, and holding others accountable. We use RedX as a lead generation source for FSBOs and expireds. Hours are flexbile as well as amount of hours. Compensation based on skill set and experience. Real Estate or Realtor knowledge is not necessary but a big plus. Must be computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Will consider full-time or part-time, and some telecomuting is possible.

Compensation negotiable depending on experience and desired schedule but anticipated to be around $400-600/week with potential for increase after 3 months.
