- The Sales Director is responsible for continuing the growth of their respective sales region
- Selling ad packages to new accounts
- Growing existing accounts
- Managing a pipeline
- Leveraging a network of agency and client direct relationships
- Work closely with an Account Manager and Ad Operations to build and propose sales products, sales offerings, and sales materials that align with client objectives, goals, and targets.
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent course work
- Ability to travel as necessary within sales region and to corporate headquarters
- Ability to hit quarterly target revenue quotas
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven knowledge of digital and interactive marketing
- Understanding of mobile market place and technologies or willingness to learn quickly
- Must be technically proficient, including Microsoft Office
- Must be a self-starter, solutions oriented, and fearless.
- Knowledge or passion for the Outdoors is an added bonus and will be considered
