Support employees by making sure PCs are up to date and any hardware/software issues that arise are handled efficiently. We use Sysaid to track all requests, equipment and knowledge base documents within the company. Some daily activities include: Supporting Active Directory, Lotus Notes, and several network drives, purchasing and recycling PCs within the company, backup integrity (onsite and offsite), tape drive integrity and security, and daily status reporting. In addition, I occasionally handle mechanical failures in office equipment, such as printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.
