steady work
Division Manager also Route Sales Rep. (Current Employee), Tallahassee, FL. / Jacksonville Fl. –
Pros: ample work
Cons: long hours 14 to 16 hour days at times.
rise way before the chickens, go to warehouse verify load . load truck . make adjustments in personal handheld computer so they match what's on your truck. time to start servicing accounts. you have to service accounts to meet their expectations while increasing you sales and keeping your returns in line, while emptying your truck. sometimes you have – more...  to adjust your schedule to accommodate your customers demands such as inventory. remember the customer is always right ! management had their own objectives mostly profit driven as might be expected. mostly hard working co-workers that for the most part worked well together such as sharing product when possible to ensure company success. most enjoyable part of job was developing partnerships with customers and co-workers.getting to know them and what made them tick ! – less
