accounting (Former Employee), Centennial, Colorado – February 2, 2014
Advertises family environment but not true. Old cronies say one thing and do another. Morale very low in the office. Pay is not competitive as sometimes you get a bonus, but it is not guaranteed. The bonuses are usually very low compared to the field managers and corporate officers. The only thing very good is the insurance benefits, but who knows how – more... long it will be like that. – less

Pros: state of the art equipment, motivated workforce.
Cons: long hours, remote locations, seasonal work (north)
6:00 AM meetings with project foremen to review production, manpower, equipment needs to maintain job schedule. Discuss special equipment needs, additional manpower required, product quality issues, and safety concerns.
Teamwork is essential for the success of all. Communicate the plan through good scheduling and work the plan through good execution – more... of the schedule.
Good managers, sometimes micro-managed by main office.
