Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (Interstate) is a hotel real estate investor and an independent operator. The Company operates in two segments: hotel ownership (through whole-ownership and joint ventures) and hotel management. A third reportable segment, corporate housing, was disposed of on January 26, 2007, with the sale of BridgeStreet Corporate Housing Worldwide, Inc. and its affiliated subsidiaries.
